I didn’t upload food related photos for a while and thought I do this now. The picture in this post was shot with my mothers phone, and she prepared the food as well and we ate it together. I like roast potatoes a lot. This time we had some uncommon ingredients, like beans, onions and tomatoes. It’s at least uncommon with roast potatoes, because people either eat it with eggs, spinach or Spreewald gherkins and other variations. It was creative and tasty nonetheless.

I like roast potatoes but we usually have them with roast lamb or occasionally roast beef.
Oh, I never tried it with roast lamb, but we definitely tried it with roast beef. That’s great too!
Lamb is too expensive to have very often now but when I was growing up we had roast lamb, roast potatoes and vegetables every Sunday.
