The Last Construction Area
Many things I have written here did take place years ago as mentioned in the beginning of this article. What I want to say is that I feel already pretty good since some years now. I now just will fight the rare occurring and mostly soft anxiety attacks with an ambulant therapy. But it is more because of my sleep problems. They are still a little problem and I hope that I can learn something new in a therapy. They also have a sleep laboratory there and this is great.
Back in Life
But years ago I didn´t want to believe that quality of living will ever be good again. But I am arrived there now. My living quality is great now (people who stop by regularly might noticed it, while seeing all my outdoor photos for example) which is why I said there is hope and which is why I today know that you can successful fight depression and anxiety disorder. If you are afflicted, please search help. You will get help and also your living quality can become normal again.

Feel free to talk about it with me here in the comment section, if you have any questions or if you need someone to talk about it. You could do that even with an anonymous email address if you like. Talking about it was one of the strategies that helped me very well too. So, if you feel the need to do so, I will listen to you and maybe I can give you some tips.
Depression and anxiety disorder is a problem for sure and it should be taken seriously. It is a difficult and complex disease but you can effectively fight it and if you do so with the right strategy, you will become stronger than ever. Apart from the disease, there are life lessons to be learned (like who are your real friends to mention just one example). And if you achieve to come back to a passable wellbeing, you will have learned a lot about yourself… for example that you are capable to manage or even beat a sneaky illness like the one I write about here. The way might be full of obstacles, but you can get rid of them.
