A Black Dog Photo

Here is a photo of a dog I met yesterday during my hike.  First I thought the dog would be lonely, but the dog owners were just 30 meters away and followed up. The dog seemed to know the path, and enjoyed to show the owners the way. Also it was funny to see how the dog did carry the stick on his path. You can get some interesting photos with a 300mm lens, because you have enough distance to take photos in all kind of situations without interfering too much. I still like to take photos with my other … Continue reading A Black Dog Photo

Eurasian Jay In The Forest Near A Pond

Walking near the pond in Reinfeld is interesting, I do always find birds there. Today I went out for a walk again, and apart from different birds, I saw the bird you can see in the photo, the bird is called Eurasian jay (Garrulus glandarius). I saw this bird already a few times there, for example some weeks ago but I didn’t upload the photos yet. I did also record a short video of this bird a few weeks ago, but I was too lazy to upload it to YouTube, but I will do this soon. Talking about the photo … Continue reading Eurasian Jay In The Forest Near A Pond

Next Battlefield Game Will Be Released In The Third Quarter 2016

Electronic Arts Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen mentioned at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecom Conference that the next game in the Battlefield series will be released in the third quarter of 2016: CFO Jorgensen: “We’ve got a great year ahead… we’ve got our Battlefield first-person shooter game coming in the third quarter, and our third-party title that Respawn, our partner, built, it’s called Titanfall, it’s the second title that they brought into that brand. Both of those are first-person shooters and will be targeted around the fast, action-driven shooter market, as well as the strategy-driven market in that … Continue reading Next Battlefield Game Will Be Released In The Third Quarter 2016

Another Robin

I posted already a Robin today, but I have another photo that I want to share. It’s because I saw several of them today, and I had a little bit of luck to get some decent shots. The days get brighter now that we start to see a little bit of sunshine. I hope to see even better lighting conditions soon, because I’d like to take some pictures with low ISO and less image noise. The photo in this post is shot at ISO 1250 and there is still a bit of noise visible, but at least I didn’t have … Continue reading Another Robin

Curious Robin

Today was more sunshine, it’s not too dark anymore, but still a little bit cloudy. Anyway, I thought I go out for a short hike and to take some pictures. I saw small birds again, and today they seemed to be a little bit more relaxed. You know, birds like to fly from one branch to another, and that makes it difficult to get a nice photo, but today that was easier. The Robin in the photo of this post for example did let me come close, I was only 2 meters away, and then I used the 300mm of … Continue reading Curious Robin
