Video Content That Helps You Understanding Cluster B Personality Disorders

I’ve been researching Cluster B personality disorders extensively over the last five months. There are four types but I’ve mainly researched two of them, borderline personality disorder (BPD) but also narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Beside Cluster B personality disorders, I also dived into other subjects such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Of course, I’ve read a gazillion of articles on the subject, but there is also very informative video content out there. I thought I share some of YouTube channels with many in-depth videos on the subject. You won’t get around them if you want to get a decent understanding about Cluster B personality disorders such as BPD and NPD. I suggest checking out their individual playlists as they categorized the subjects…
