I’ve been researching Cluster B personality disorders extensively over the last five months. There are four types but I’ve mainly researched two of them, borderline personality disorder (BPD) but also narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Beside Cluster B personality disorders, I also dived into other subjects such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Of course, I’ve read a gazillion of articles on the subject, but there is also very informative video content out there. I thought I share some of YouTube channels with many in-depth videos on the subject. You won’t get around them if you want to get a decent understanding about Cluster B personality disorders such as BPD and NPD. I suggest checking out their individual playlists as they categorized the subjects…

There are more but these are the most important ones you need to go through to get an extensive understanding. It’s kinda eerie how accurately behaviours can be explained and predicted. That’s because there are some very common behavior patterns. It’s a complex subject at first, but once you deeply dived into it, you get a really good understanding of all the behaviour patterns and dynamics, their problems and weaknesses and what to expect when dealing with individuals that show strong Cluster B personality traits.
