I think the ground is still quite cold. We had some warm days but also some extremely cold days over the last weeks. Yesterday I saw the flowers below. Above you can see a photo of a wildflower that I found on a lawn last summer. The flower looks quite big on the photo but it is really a small one. I am not sure how the flower is called. I just know it’s a beautiful flower. I am happy that the flower time starts soon, so that I can expand my collection of flower photos. Still fighting with the amount of photos I took over the years. Above you can see one photo I took last year. I saw this plant in a garden and took a photo. I like how the flower of the plant looks like. Especially the green pattern on the white leave. That looks cool anyhow. However, I did cheat a little bit and darkened all shadow areas even further to get the flower into focus, and I did push the green colours a lot with Lightroom. If you took enough flower photos last year, you are probably still busy today to upload them. I still have flower photos from last year and I really should upload some of them even if it’s not a flower season yet. A thrill of anticipation comes up if you see flowers, and I am happy that it won’t take too long anymore until springtime begins because it would be cool to see some colours again. This is a sunflower that is in the garden of my mother and her husband. The photo is some weeks old and the flower looks still great, but now weeks later, they die already.
