Beautiful Daisy

As I mentioned in my recent post, it’s in quite a lot of cases impossible to get close-up shots of flowers with the Nikon 18-105mm kit lens, but that depends of course of the flower size. Walking near the Trave River, I found a daisy that was big enough so that I could focus well and got the shot you can see here in my post. Beautiful Nature

I walked near the Trave River today to see if I find anything interesting, to see if I can take more photos. I took quite a lot of photos but I am not happy with all of them. Talking about flowers now, I noticed that my kit lens really doesn’t do a great job for flower close-up shots, it’s simply not a macro lens. Growing Flower

Here is a photo of a growing flower. I like how the stem looks so lonely. I do also like the depth of field in this photo. Not sure what kind of flower it will be, I found it in our garden. Small Wildflower

Above you can see a photo of a wildflower that I found on a lawn last summer. The flower looks quite big on the photo but it is really a small one. I am not sure how the flower is called. I just know it’s a beautiful flower. I am happy that the flower time starts soon, so that I can expand my collection of flower photos. Beautiful Plant

Still fighting with the amount of photos I took over the years. Above you can see one photo I took last year. I saw this plant in a garden and took a photo. I like how the flower of the plant looks like. Especially the green pattern on the white leave. That looks cool anyhow. However, I did cheat a little bit and darkened all shadow areas even further to get the flower into focus, and I did push the green colours a lot with Lightroom.
