Here is a photo that I shot at night in Lübeck. This is an industrial area near the wharf. The original photo was horrible but I thought it looked nice in black and white. I also added grain to the image because somehow it just worked for this image. Maybe because it was a noisy image anyway and the added grain looked a lot better than the original noise of the image. Harbor Area In Lübeck


Fun fact, I have 5200 images that I didn’t upload yet, because taking photos is much easier than preparing or uploading them. At times I should upload older ones. A Trave River Harbor Installation And The History Behind It


I shot the photo above one month ago when I wandered through Lübeck. The photo in this post is shot near the inner-city, the side where I shot the photo from is the historic district of Lübeck, but in this photo you can only see the old harbor installation on the other side of the district, in the middle is the Trave River. We call the area on the other side Wallhalbinsel, which means something like “Wall-Peninsula”. This is a Photo of a big and old four-masted Barque called Passat, anchored in the harbour of Travemuende in North Germany near Lübeck. The Ship Passat stays there on her Anchorage all the Year and you can enjoy this beautiful Ship when you walk there. It is a big Ship with the Lenght of 105,4 Meters and Width of 14,4 Meters and a Draft of 7,24 Meters. The Passat has a Displacement of 6.280 t.
