I Don’t Know This Bird


Two hours before Germany would play against Mexico, I didn’t know what to do with my time. I decided to go outside, walking around with my camera. I shot a couple of bird photos, but one photo was difficult because there were branches in front of the bird. I shot the photo anyway, and I had difficulties to tell what type of bird it would be. Farmer’s Cat


Above is a photo that I shot long before I owned a DSLR camera. It was either shot with a phone camera or with a point-and-shoot camera. We noticed this cat on a farm somewhere near Ratzeburg. The cats of farmers do probably look well fed because they can roam around freely, hunting mice and rats. I am not sure if this is true, but I’ve often heard that they have cats for that exact reason, they don’t want to have mice and rats on their farm. Maybe it’s true, I don’t know. Little Black Cat


Today I walked through one of the local garden areas, because I wanted to take photos of birds. But it came different, I didn’t really take much bird photos. But as you can see in the image above, I found a cat on my way, a very little black cat. It was funny, because it wanted to cross the path from the hedge on the right to the left. Forest Plants


Above is a photo that I shot during my time in Reinfeld. I liked the small forest areas a lot, especially in May when all plants started to grow. When I hiked through the forest areas on small paths, I did enjoy to look at the growing plants on the sides.
