It’s a bit unsharp but I still like the whole action scene. He’s really a dog where you can practice these kind of action shots because he’s always full of energy. But right, so many dogs are. Jumping Squirrel


Saw two squirrels today and one of them jumped from one branch to another. I took a snapshot but it was very blurry and not a good photo. Unsharp photos look better when converted to black and white, because blurriness is then less apparent. So, that’s why I converted the image to black and white. Dog in Action


Here is a photo that I still had left over from last years shooting. It’s the dog of my cousin, and I must say her dog is very agile and playful. Great, because that allowed me to practice action photography. If you wonder about the person in the background, it’s the husband of my mother, equally agile as you can see (laugh). Action Dog And Garden Fun


Today we went into the garden again, because it was planned to meet some other family members that we don’t see regularly. It was my grand-aunt, my grand-uncle, my second cousin and her little daughter. My second cousin did not only come with the daughter but also with her dog. Of course, the meeting was with “Kaffee und Kuchen” again, because this is how we network in the family, and it’s probably the equivalent of the British tea time.
