One Chicken of Many Chickens

The family came together today for a barbecue. The weather was perfect, we met each other in my mother’s garden. It was a great day, especially for my uncle, who seemed to enjoy it a lot. Grumpy Herring Gull

I took this photo of a flying european herring gull, and I had to laugh a bit when I saw the photo on my PC screen, because the gull looks a bit grumpy. I like bird in flight photography but you always have to wait for a chance, that makes it difficult, and I do also wish that I could take more photos of less common birds in flight. Talking With A Farmer

Today I was outside again, and I took the paths through the small forests, around the ponds, and over fields. Here Is Another Pretty Bird

As I take more photos than I can publish at a time, I thought that I upload one that I shot two months ago. I found this bird in March on a tree, it should be a great tit (Parus major).
