Dishwater Foam and Bubbles


Here is another experimental photo I shot with my 40mm macro lens. I saw the small foam bubbles in my dishwater and thought this could be a great macro subject. So, I attached the 40mm lens to my camera and took some photos but I think the image at the top is the best one. I shot the photo late and used higher ISO settings. But I attached a paper to my lens in front of the flashlight with elastic bands to make the flash bounce off the walls. Taking A Picture of Someone Taking A Picture


Sometimes I walk around with my mother too. She is not hiking the miles I usually do, but she likes to walk through the nature too. But sometimes we just walk through the local parks to have a chat. This is what happened in the picture above. My mother likes to take pictures with her phone, like in the image above where she wanted to take a picture of a swan in a local pond. University of Music Lübeck


With the photo above I focussed on the bridge, but in the background you can see the University of Music in Lübeck. It was a random snapshot, because somehow I liked it that the bridge shows you the path. It was more of an experimental shot, trying something out. The bridge is there because between me and the university there is the Trave river, that also surrounds the whole historic district. There are different bridges to cross the river or channel.
