Above you can see my attempt to photograph the inside of a pink flower. I would say it is not a bad macro for a very cheap digital camera. Anyway, it makes me more and more want to have a decent camera because I notice all the flaws of point and shoot cameras. The shot above is one that I took two weeks ago. I can´t get enough of the flower photos. They are beautiful on their own and a nice subject for photos. As always I am not sure about the name of this flower. I should start to study some of them. But as often, I guess some of you experts know the name. I really like this one but I am not happy with the results of the shot. There was wind and my digital camera does not have a very fast auto focus. Anyway, the plant is beautiful. I think I have already several daisy photos uploaded to my blog but I like the appearance of the daisy flower and I never can have enough photos of them as they are so beautiful. I think you can see a common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) on the photo. This beautiful yellow flower is very common here in Germany and you can find them everywhere and it´s a wildflower that you can find everywhere in the green grass and even between the street curbs. They are so prevalent that some even think that it is weed. The flowers on the photo did stand out of a garden fence and I liked them, so that I took a photo. I am not that happy with the result but it´s not too bad I guess. The pink colors appear quite strong on the photo. Ok I added contrast or adjusted the levels in Photoshop but the image was too bright first.
