Weekly Photo Challenge: An Unusual POV

This photo is my contribution to the Weekly Photo Challenge: An Unusual POV. I shot the photo on the balcony of my mother. The white background is a solar protection wall and the grass is barley grain seed for cats and other pets like mices and other small animals. It can be grawn by the pets. Feel free to find out about all my other photographs or all my other Weekly Photo Challenge Entries. Continue reading Weekly Photo Challenge: An Unusual POV

Weekly Photo Challenge: Green

There is a new Photo Challenge this Week with the Topic “Green”. I sadly cant come up with more then one Photo. I did read: “For some of you, in the northern hemisphere, you may not be seeing green for a while. Let’s celebrate all things green!” on the Daily Post Blog. I first thought I really cant come up with a green Photo due to the cold Season here in the Northern Hemisphere. But then I watched to my Fish Tank and though “great!”. 🙂 But it´s just one Photo. A Photo of two Siamese Algae Eater searching for … Continue reading Weekly Photo Challenge: Green

Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises.

This is a Photo which my Mother took in Thuringia. I did like her Raw Image already pretty much but edited it anyway because I felt bored today. I also did add the Pedro Calderon de la Barca Quote “Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises.”. I thought the Quote is anyhow suitable for the Image. I really think this Image is cool. I dont know. Continue reading Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises.

A Photo of a Cryptocoryne Leaf in my smaller Fish Tank

You can see a bigger Cryptocoryne Leaf underwater in my smaller Fish Tank. The Cryptocoryne is also called Water Trumpet. In the Background you can see a lot of Vallisneria Plants. But you can say the Photo is a close-up shot of a Cryptocoryne Leaf. As there are differend kind of Cryptocoryne and Vallisneria Plants on the Marked, I can´t tell you the exact Name of mine. I think there are a lot of differend Vallisneria and Cryptocoryne out there. Continue reading A Photo of a Cryptocoryne Leaf in my smaller Fish Tank

Just a Photo of some Plants in my Fish Tank

This is just a Photo of some Plants in my Fish Tank. In the Background there are a lot of “Vallisneria” but I am not exactly sure what kind of “Vallisneria”. I just can say they grow very long. When I did not do anything on my Fish Tank it happened sometimes that they get longer then one Meter. No Joke. This can be a real Mess on the Water Surface. You can either let them grow if you have a Fish School which likes darker Areas in you Fish Tank or you you can cut this kind of Plants … Continue reading Just a Photo of some Plants in my Fish Tank

A bright green Hedge

I did shot this Photo on the Campsite Salem in Germany. Not sure why I did like this close-up Scene of a green Hedge. Maybe I just like to try things out with my Digital Camera. I like to play with differend Perspective. I did try a differend Angle in the Blogpost “We love to grow because the wet Soil” as well. I think those Photos make it look like seen with Animal or Insect Eyes or so. I am not sure but I like to test things out. I wish I could use differend Lenses but this is sadly … Continue reading A bright green Hedge
