I have chosen a photo for this post that I shot at 50mm with my Nikon 18-105mm kit lens. Taking a look into my Lightroom library, it’s clear I didn’t take a lot of photos at 50mm. After 900 Shots I Can Say This Camera Is Impressive

I have my D7100 since yesterday, but I didn’t really do much with it yesterday apart from trying buttons and reading a little bit in the manual. I only shot my first photos in the automatic mode, I showed two of them here and here. Some hours later it was too dark to take more photos. I know, the D7100 can also be used if it is darker, but without tripod this is probably very difficult, and apart from that I have not the experience yet to do these shots. Sony (Smart Shot) QX10 and QX100 lens-style Camera for Smartphones…

As someone who is taking all my photos with a smart phone, I am simply impressed by the Sony promo video above. Sony will release two different lens-style camera´s for smartphones, which you can mount magnetical on your smart phone. But the camera´s will be independent and useable with all Android and iOS phones. With independent I mean that the smart phone will have the only function as a screen, to hold the camera and that you can use your phone as remote control for the QX10 and QX100 camera´s.
