If you saw my previous posts, you probably might think it’s tabby cat day on my blog. But I can assure you that I didn’t plan this. It’s just that I mostly saw tabby cats today when I was outside to take more cat photos. The cat in the image above was a bit shocked at first when it saw me but then it sat down and stared at me. Here is another tabby cat I found. I walked this path and then there was this junction and the cat really didn’t expect to see me and froze for a moment. I had at least 30 seconds to get the photo right, which means this cat was less shy than some of the other cats I photographed but not brave enough to come much closer. I posted already two photos of different tabby cats the past weeks. And at the top of this post you can see another one I found today. This one looks pretty well fe, maybe it’s a good hunter. I didn’t have much time to take photos. The first was super blurry and the second one goes through. The cat ran away after these two shots and I continued on my way. It’s not always easy to find outdoor cats and take photos of them. Some cats can be easily overlooked. The garden area I frequent, offer a lot of hiding places for the cats. As I mentioned a few times, there are also abandoned and completely overgrown garden plots. These plots are perfect hiding places. I don’t know how I spotted the cat in the photo above but I try my best to scan everything on my way with my eyes. The cat wasn’t afraid and felt very secure in the thicket.
