First Physiotherapy Behind Me


On monday I had my first Physiotherapy behind me, as planned. That was somewhat strange! I did get a therapeutic massage near my jaw to relax the jaw musculature. This was good and I noticed that it helped a little bit but then came the strange part as the doctor had gloves and he went into my mouth with his hand to massage the jaw musculature from the inside.
