Above you can see excelent german cuisine. Yes I go so far to call it excelent. Again the husband of my mother did swing the cooking spoon and what you see above is the result. Extremely delicious, really. I still wonder why he never became a cook, I mean jobwise. It´s funny. Because he cooks way better than the cooks of many local restaurants. We used the Barbecue Grill again…

My mother and her husband invited me on Wednesday again for a barbecue. At the end of april we had our first barbecue of 2013. But this week we had our second barbecue. And it was again very tasty. We grilled paprika spiced pork meat for example. This meat was so delicious even without dip. I did eat them with and without dip. We also ordered a salad for each of us. Toast with Cheese and Paprika Salami

This is what I often put on my toast in the morning. Cheese and paprika salami together on the toast. But usually I add some sliced tomato and cucumbers to the bread too.
