It’s October but it was still sunny this week, today the weather was fine too and I used the Sunday to get out of the apartment. Weekly Photo Challenge: Boundaries


The recent Weekly Photo Challenge is about boundaries. The boundary you see in my photo is a protective barrier for the railroad network. I think it has two functions, stopping people to cross the rails and noise-insulation. What I like about the wall is that it’s not an ugly wall, I like how it’s overgrown with plants, we have other more ugly protective barriers in our city, but this one is quite beautiful in my opinion, what do you think? Cute Chicken


Above you see a photo that shows one of our chickens. Chickens are not the type of animals that are called cute very often, not so often like cats, dogs or other pets, but the more I saw our chickens, the more I thought they do actually look cute too. I like them so much because the sounds they make are funny and when I enter our chicken enclosure, they follow me with each step. I do also like the picture I shot, I hope you do like it too. Schellbruch In Grayscale


I didn’t like how the image above turned out, because the photo looked very bleached and I changed it to grayscale to make it look better. The image had so much whites and it was even hard to fix it with Lightroom. Sometimes, when images are too white, with too much reflections or if the image is somewhat overexposed or if it looks too bleached, changing it to grayscale or black and white might be an option.
