Here is a photo that I shot in 2015 when I was still experimenting with my first DSLR. I like the photo, not just the plant but also the dark green background. Continue reading Beautiful Plant

Here is a photo that I shot when I was in Reinfeld. The original photo was a bit boring and I did some extremer edits to it now. The photo was shot during the winter and hiking when it’s colder can be very refreshing for the mind as well. So, when I had time in the afternoon, I usually went outside to see if I can find new areas that I haven’t already seen. But generally, it was more about having a break and roaming around. I discovered this small village road and I was especially fascinated by the plants … Continue reading Interesting Path With Overgrown Trees
This close-up photo of a Dandelion plant wasn’t shot with a macro lens, I actually used my Tamron 70-300mm to take the photo. It’s a tele lens and the photo was shot at 300mm focal length, so, that’s basically what I’d call a pseudo-macro shot but it works too. I hope you like the photo. The plant is called Common Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale). By the way, by uploading the image I realized I photographed that plant already in 2014 and it’s funny when you find out how your photography changed with the years. Just another minimalist photo. I tried to photograph the reed and experimented with an angle that makes the plants look a lot bigger, or that it makes me as a viewer feel smaller. Continue reading Reed
I found the photo above in my library and thought it would be a great winter season upload. Nobody really believed that we would still get cold days or snow, but we all were wrong. Since a week we got actual winter weather. A couple of days ago I was shopping for food when a checkout woman I know made a funny comment about my red nose. I was outside for so long that my nose and face was red, and she said “It’s damn cold outside, makes you hope for spring season, right?”. My small talk answer was “I … Continue reading Winter Season
Here is a photo that I have taken last month in the evening when it was still bright. I hiked through the small nature spots within the city and saw a beautifully overgrown meadow that got my attention. I then shot a close-up photo of the growing plants. Nature can be so pretty. I like how the photo turned out. Continue reading Meadow
