About The Blog Smilies…

WordPress.com users and bloggers can use smilies in articles but also in the comment section of a blog. I like that pretty much because it adds some emotions and fun to a discussion. But I wish it would be possible that we bloggers could replace them with our own images. That would allow us to create own sets of smilies for our blogs. It wouldn´t be anything else than replacing the smilies with different images in the settings and that makes me wonder why we still don´t have this option. Did you know the “Top Posts & Pages” Widget? I never noticed it! Great Widget for Photography Blogs but not only!

I found something in the WordPress.com Dashboard under “Appearance” and then under “Widgets” which might me interesting for those WordPress.com Users who run their own Blog as a Photography Blog or for those who add Images to their own Blogposts very often. But also for those who just publish Text Content without Images. I found this nifty Widget called “Top Posts & Pages”. You can add it to your Sidebar on your Blog and it will basicly show your Top Posts. You can decide how many Top Blogposts or Top Photoposts the Widget should show.
