I think it´s some time for some other stuff. While I still have many photos of my cat that I want to upload, especially from the new photoshoot, I thought it would be a good idea to upload some different photos I shot over the last weeks. Some Winter Photos From Lübeck

Last week a doctor had to remove the stitches which I had in my mouth because of a dental treatment. It was a cold day and I thought it would be good to visit the doctor by foot. I like to walk no matter if it´s cold. I rather think it´s healthy to do so. The doctor is in the inner-city of Lübeck. On the photos you can see this area and the frozen Trave River. Cloudy Day in Lübeck and the Trave River

I had a lot of things to do yesterday. I had to visit some authorities and also my lawyer. I like to do all that by foot. Really, I do like to walk even very long distances. It´s not only healthy and sporty but it also gives me the possibility to take new photos. I then walked over a bridge and took the photo above. It was a cloudy day and it was slightly rainy. It was a grungy place and a grungy time…

The place above in the image is the Wallhalbinsel (Could be translated like “Wall Peninsula”) of Lübeck. This place is a man-made island or as said a peninsula located in the Trave River and to the west of Lübeck´s inner-city. But now comes a little or let me say big story, before I come back to what the image above means to me. Walking through Lübeck with my Mother…

Today my mother and me decided to wander through the town center of Lübeck. Most shops are usually closed on sunday but today was sunday opening. We visited several shops. But we went deeper and deeper into the city. We also did eat in the city. I wrote already often here on the blog that the historic downtown of Lübeck is very beautiful. Footpaths and Parks on the Riverside of the Trave in Lübeck

I found this Photo of the Trave River in my folders. The Trave River in Lübeck has some great Parks and Footpaths everywhere near the Riverside. It´s great for walking and visiting the nature. In will find a lot of people walking and jogging there springtime, summer and autumn. But there are also some people who do that in winter. This photo of the Trave River is made in 2012.
