This photo was shot with my phone as well. At that time I got this cool little lamp that changes colors and I did put it on my desk. Of course, Shyna became curious and had to check it out. I grabbed my phone and took the photo. A similar photo can be seen here.

Yep, they love new things. But sadly not old things (thinking about the graveyard of cat toys in my cabinet lol)
Maybe rubbing them with a good quality catnip would entice kitty?
Yes, I’ve heard that often and should try that out. I’ve sadly forgotten the idea a few times.
