I love autumn colours, when the trees and leaves are reddish. I had to take a photo when I saw the beautiful leaves you can see in the attached photo, I zoomed and took the photo. It’s October but it was still sunny this week, today the weather was fine too and I used the Sunday to get out of the apartment. It’s fall and already quite cold here in Northern Germany. Anyway, we got the idea to make barbecue in our garden. It’s very nice if it’s cold but if you can warm up near the fire. Sadly I didn’t take photos of the food. We made buns and ate them with sausages and mustard. But I showed sausage buns already a couple of times on my blog, I guess. It’s fall, and that is the time when they start to sell chocolate gingerbread again in German stores. Did I ever mention that I love chocolate gingerbread? After so much years blogging I am not sure if I did but I wouldn’t be surprised if I mentioned it anywhere on my blog. I am not really a big fan of sweets, in fact I would rather make me a salad than clutching at sweets, however, that really can change in the fall season. I took this photo last autumn, I think. I found this hedgehog near the house entrance of the apartments where I live. Far enough away from any streets but near a grass field.
