Battlefield 4 Preload finished… My Cat can soon play again…

I thought to create the meme above because I found a funny photo of my cat Shyna. A few weeks ago, I participated in the open beta of Battlefield 4 and as often my cat joined me. She likes to sit on my legs when I am on the chair to play PC games. I took a photo of her then and later I had to laugh because it looked like she would play the game. People who preordered Battlefield 4, can since today preload the game. Simply start Origin and click on Battlefield 4 and look for the preload button which is easy to find. I started my download already as you can see. The release date is set to October 29 and that means we will soon get access to the Battlefield. Hooah! Obliteration Game Mode is now playable in the BF 4 Beta

The new Battlefield 4 Obliteration game mode is now playable in the beta. The mode can be played on Siege of Shanghai and you can find servers with that game mode if you use the filters of Battlelog. Obliteration features two teams fighting over control of a bomb that must be planted on specific enemy targets on the Battlefield. You better use the beta graphics driver for the BF 4 open beta…

The latest graphics driver of NVIDIA and AMD are not really optimized for Battlefield 4. If you notice strange performance problems even if your system meets the requirements for Battlefield 4 on any settings, then you might want to check out the latest beta drivers for your videocard. In my case it did really boost the performance of the game a lot. But notice that the game is still in beta, which means there is sometimes also serverside lag.
