I never went into the architecture but I bet it is a pretty cool view because it is just round about hundred meters away from the beach, which means the hotel stands perfect to have a great view to the baltic coast line. We took this Photo in Groß Schwansee last Autumn. Found this Photo in my Folders and thought it is worth to share. The original image was pretty noisy and didn´t look right.
