Running Up A Tree

It seems I shot a photo of an Eurasian treecreeper, that’s at least what I found out during my research and when I compared the results with my photo. I saw this kind of bird quite often since I am in Reinfeld. I usually see them near the pond at the trees, and it almost looks like they run up trees. A Pigeon On A Field

Even if you can find pigeons everywhere, I still like to take photos of them, because it’s all about practicing. Beautiful Yellow Bird

In this post you can see a photo of another bird I found in the mentioned bird station. I saw several signs with explanations of the birds, but I think they had more bird species than signs. So, in this case I can just assume that the bird in the photo is a canary bird. I am sad that I shot the photos in the evening during overcast sky, because I had to use ISO 1600 and that is the reason why the image is so noisy. Today I walked again through one of the small forests in Reinfeld, and I found a small station where you can watch birds. I actually found this place already a month ago, but it was difficult to take photos with my 18-105mm lens, because the birds are in big cages and I couldn’t get close enough with that lens. It Can Be Incredible Hard To Determine Birds

In Reinfeld where I am right now, there are quite a lot of little birds. I shot several photos of small ones, but sometimes it’s incredible hard to determine the birds. Blackbird 300mm Test Photo Under Bad Conditions

Above you can see a cropped image of a 300mm test shot I did take under bad weather conditions with my new 70-300mm Tamron lens. It was pretty cloudy, the ISO was bumped up to 1600, which is why the image is grainy even after using the noise reduction tool in Lightroom. Of course, the cropping makes the high ISO more apparent, but without editing it looked worse.
