Old Door In Black And White

As you might have noticed, I am currently a bit slower with the publishing on my blog. It’s autumn, a good time to get the hands on some computer games. But in the meantime I wanted to show you a photo again. I shot this photo of the old door a while back, I didn’t like how the colours turned out, but I liked the photo after I converted it to black and white. Black And White Landscape Photo

I wanted to share this photo even if it’s just a black and white landscape photo. However, liked it how the image composition turned out when I played with the cropping tool in Lightroom. It’s not a very special image, it’s just the composition that I like with the tree on the left side. Also the image shows the very typical North German landscape. Experimental Swan Photo

I like swan photos and above you can see one that I a while ago. However, there was so much wrong with the original image that I tried to fix all the issues. The image is heavily edited and I think the result is interesting. The main problem was that I had difficulties to make adjustments, because either the swan looked great or the water, but not both together. Black And White Kitty Photo

Just throwing in another photo of my cat Shyna. Found this one in my Lightroom library, and I really like the unusual perspective. But I didn’t like the photo in colour and changed it to black and white. Of course, that always fits with a black and white cat as the subject. But to be honest, cats are always beautiful, and you can’t do anything wrong when you want to take pictures of them. I hope you like this photo, check out my other cat photos and stories. Mascot of the Blog

It’s time to share a photo of my cat Shyna again. She is basically the mascot of the blog, and I shot thousands of photos with her. At this time there are 140 posts about her on my blog. I expected more to be honest, but maybe I didn’t tag all the posts with her name when I started this blog in 2011, and this would mean there are much more.
