Don´t Bite The Finger, You Little Hasty Furball…

This is my favorite photo of the last weeks. I did feed Shyna but sometimes she is a little bit hasty. The photo looks as if she would bite into my finger but this was not her intention. I had her favorite treats in my hand and she couldn´t await to get them. No, it didn´t hurt. Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside

The photo above is my entry to the Weekly Photo Challenge with the motto Inside. It is one photo of a new photo shoot with my cat Shyna and I will upload the other photos maybe over the next days as there are some cute images in the set. But talking about this photo here, you can see a cat snack inside her mouth, which is her favorite sort of cat snacks. I thought this image would fit pretty much to the challenge motto. Red-eyed Cat Shyna

Above you can see an image I shot of my cat Shyna. The lighting conditions were perfect as I mentioned earlier in my other article, so that even my cheap digital camera did do a good job. It´s impressive what this cheap digital camera and smartphones can do if all conditions are ok. You´re right, I edited the photo a little bit with Photoshop. I colored her eyes red and I have darken the background a little bit more and I also made adjustments with the shadows and highlights of the image. Handshake Kitty

The image above is some months old and in bad quality but it shows how Shyna gives me a handshake. This is just another trick I tought her. I usually say “Give me five” in German, while showing my hand vertical near her paws, and then she does give me her paws. She also knows how to give paw in another variant but then I show my flat opened hand horizontal. It works in different ways too as you can see on the image. It´s pretty cute.
