Above you can see excelent german cuisine. Yes I go so far to call it excelent. Again the husband of my mother did swing the cooking spoon and what you see above is the result. Extremely delicious, really. I still wonder why he never became a cook, I mean jobwise. It´s funny. Because he cooks way better than the cooks of many local restaurants. Doner Kebab is so tasty…

In germany we call this tasty dish either Döner, Kebab or Döner Kebab. I really love Döner. The husband of my mother has a new side job which means beside his regular job on the day as a facility manager, he is now also a delivery man in the evening for a turkish kebab shop. Asia Fastfood.. hmm tasty :)

Last Friday we drove to a shopping mile in Lübeck and we all were a little bit hungry. We saw a small asian takeaway and decided to buy something. I must mention that I am a really big fan of asia style food. My mom and her husband not so but they were suprised how tasty it was. We bought tasty noodles with chicken and spicy sauce. My regular readers might think now this is again a creation the husband of my mother cooked. It is a very typical german dish, right. But I cooked it this time. The husband of my mother cooked tasty stuff again. Also a typical german dish. Again mushrooms and onions but this time with potatoes, meat, vegetables and a tasty sauce. I really do envy him because he can cook such tasty stuff. You might imagine that I am frequenter at mother´s home because the tasty food. I am not everyday there but very often. Attention.. extremely tasty german Food on the Photo

As said. Extremely tasty. This german Dish is made with Potatoes, Peas and Carrots, fried Eggs and Junket on top. I call it Culinary Delight. Again cooked by the Husband of my Mother. If you get some Parts of the Ingredients together in your Mouth, then you will close your Eye´s and think “Holy Chef… is this beautiful!”.
