The photo at the top was shot in 2016 but I haven’t uploaded it as I shoot way too many photos. So, I am doing it now. The photo is a really great example of why I liked Reinfeld. The landscape there has a lot to offer. Small forest areas, ponds, brooks, grassland, farmland, fenlands, and more. It was also a great place for bird photography. Here is a photo that I shot in Reinfeld in misty conditions. It’s probably a minimalist photo but what I liked about the scene was the green field and the green mound with the trees. I liked the shape of the landscape and how the trees have been a contrast to the misty background. It somehow also looked and was desolate as I was alone outside in the fields. Today it was so hot, it was maddening in my living room. My whole apartment warmed so up that it was actually a better option to go outside, even if it was hot outside too, but at least I could breathe there. I thought I go hiking along the Trave Channel but that can be beautiful too. I hiked about 14 miles and apart from enjoying the fresh air of the water, I saw beautiful scenery on my way. Above you can see a shot that I have taken during my time in Reinfeld. The landscape was a mix of small forests, fields, fenlands and ponds. I liked it during winter, but when springtime changed the landscape, I was even more impressed. Here is a photo that I shot somewhere during my hikes. As you can see, I was walking through the nature but there are some signs of technology, like the Autobahn with the truck, the fields or the wind power wheels in the picture. But what I really find interesting about this picture is that it almost looks like a Diorama Illusion or miniature faked image. If you take a look at the truck on the Autobahn, it does somehow look like a toy.
