World of Warcraft Down To 5.6 Million Subscribers

Just before the announcement of the next World of Warcraft expansion name, the number of active subscribers declined heavily during the second quarter of 2015. This is a decline of 1.5 million active players when you compare it with the first quarter of 2015 where World of Warcraft had 7.1 million subscribers. Sequel of the next WoW expansion already in the works too…

Blizzard did let the cat out of the bag last week. It´s now known that the next World of Warcraft expansion will be called Warlords of Draenor. But Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Morhaime states now in an interview with Polygon, that they even have already a team workin on a Warlords of Draenor sequel. As far as I read the patch notes, they changed again a lot numbers of the mathematic, like they do every time with a patch. Just for those who are playing the WoW Mists of Pandaria 10 Days Trial and cant reach Level 86..

If you are playing the World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria 10 Days Trial right now and if you are wondering why you cant reach Level 86… They implemented a Level Cap on 12,999,999 EXP due to the fact that you otherwise couldn´t access your played Character anymore in case you would not upgrade the Game to Mists of Pandaria. That is something me and a friend experienced yesterday. We did complete one after the other Quest and then wondered why we stuck on 12,999,999 EXP. We had to ask Google as well.
