Schellbruch Undergrowth

Here is one photo that I shot last year when I hiked through the Schellbruch. The photo is not very special, but I liked the vegetation or the undergrowth there. You can find some parts of the area there where the vegetation doesn’t look typical German, that makes it interesting. Since I am still too busy for longer hikes, I was not there this year, but I plan to do this again. If you like, check out my previous nature photos. Continue reading Schellbruch Undergrowth

Weekly Photo Challenge: Pure

The recent WordPress photo challenge has the motto “Pure“. I thought I do upload a pure nature shot that I took some time ago in Reinfeld. It’s not that I always do know what I am doing, most often I do just experiment to find out how the photos turn out, and that’s basically what I did when I took the grass photo you can see in this post. Beautiful Eurasian Blue Tit

It was cloudy and quite dark as you can see in the background, and sadly I was still too far away to fill the frame, which means I had to crop and the image quality suffered. There is sadly also chromatic aberration in this photo. Anyway, the scene is good and I like this bird pretty much. I see this one quite often as well, at least here in the nature, not so often in the city. While my Tamron 70-300mm … Continue reading Beautiful Eurasian Blue Tit
