Crawling out of a Hole


I didn’t feel very good over the last days. I’d call it a short relapse of depression. I probably never get rid of these issues, but I learned to live with it or how to maneuver myself faster out of it. But maybe it was a mix of that and spring fever. Wooden Path


Above is a photo that I shot some time ago in Reinfeld. It can be a bit swampy around the Herrenteich. That’s why they did build a wooden path there. There are also boards with information’s about the swamp and that it’s a habitat for certain animals and insects. So, I do think the wooden path is not just there to protect people, but also to protect the habitat. Talking about people, I do believe it’s a lot more dangerous here in Lübeck if the Schellbruch area is swampy and flooded. Continue reading Wooden Path

Dark Path


Above is a photo that I shot in the evening somewhere in a small forest area outside of Lübeck. This time I tried a black and white effect with decreased shadows and blacks. It’s a pretty dark image and I increased the brightness for a moment but then I went back to the darker setting. I just like it that way,it looks desolate and maybe even a bit creepy. Beautiful Path


Some of you know that I like to take photos of paths. The subject is not special, because you just take the photo on the way you go, but what I like is that there are tons of different possibilities how paths can look like.
