This is just an experimental close-up photo of some muffins. My cousin likes to bake them and everyone in the family likes to eat them. The photo was shot with my 40mm macro lens. Today was the birthday of my mother and she invites me and some other family members to the garde. Of course it was about Kaffee und Kuchen and her birthday. We sat there, talking about this and that for many hours. We enjoyed the day, although the weather cooled a bit down. It’s time to add a photo post to the category delicious or to the food photography category again. I spotted a quite big bakery in Reinfeld, and I was surprised because we don’t have such a big bakery in the bigger city Lübeck. But the bakery was near the Autobahn, it’s a good place for them, and it explains why the shop is so big. They had all kind of cakes, but I decided to purchase a walnut cake.
