About Homelessness, Poverty And Social Welfare

Today I found a post of a fellow blogger. She was in Melbourne and walked under a bridge and found a bridge pylons where people obviously paid tribute to a person. There were gifts, flowers but also writings on the stone with the word “Mouse”. Please go and read her article. She researched later and found out that Mouse was a homeless man who got stabbed to death. What a sad end, being homeless and then stabbed to death. The homicide alone makes this story already sad but she brings up another good point, it’s terrible that we have homeless … Continue reading About Homelessness, Poverty And Social Welfare

Daily Prompt: Green-Eyed Lady

The Daily Prompt of today is about envy. What makes me feel jealous? I am not often jealous as I do not care much about the things that others have. It´s an iranian person living in Amsterdam. Basically he is calling the NSA for Email recovery but I do not want to tell you too much. Just look the video on YouTube: Continue reading Calling NSA for Email Recovery

Daily Prompt: P.C.

The Daily Prompt asked: “Is political correctness a useful concept, or does it stifle honest discussion?” and I must say that the answer is for me clear. Political Correctness (which is by the way a huge problem in Germany at the moment) does stifle honest discussion and it does also suppress opinions. Political correctness always reminds me to a dictatorship. Yes I do say it clear here. I truly see similarities. Political correctness is if a ruling party in your country is telling you every time if you do think different, your are bad. This is happening through the ruling … Continue reading Daily Prompt: P.C.
