In search of Till Eulenspiegel in Mölln…

This is a Photo of a small Market in Mölln. I thought the old Architecture is beautiful and took a Photo then. In fact we arrived there to search Till Eulenspiegel. My Mother wanted to take Photos of the Till Eulenspiegel Statue. I am not sure if you know about Till Eulenspiegel but if not then I maybe will explain in my next Blogposts. Today we decided spontaneous to drive from Lübeck to Mölln in Germany. Mölln is a smaller Town southward of Lübeck or let me say south-eastern of our North German Federal State called Schleswig-Holstein. It´s a small Town with round about 20.000 Citizen but the Area there has still a lot to offer. It´s in fact a popular Tourist Destination. There is a lot of Nature around Mölln and indeed a lot of Culture to enjoy. But we decided to drive to Mölln to visit a great Animal Park we know there. Otto von Bismarck Memorial in Lübeck near the Train Station

This is a Memorial of Otto von Bismarck (Otto Eduard Leopold von Bismarck-Schönhausen) who was a prussian Prime Minister from 1862 to 1890 and at the same Time from 1867 to 1871 the Federal Chancellor of the North German Confederation (Nordeutscher Bund). Later he became Reichs Chancellor of the German Empire (Deutsches Reich) in the Time from 1871 to 1890. I guess a lot of People know him but there are more Detailed Infos about him on Wikipedia if you are interested in History and if you want to read a lot of Details. A Photo of the Train Station Lübeck in Greyscale

This is in front of the Train Station in Lübeck Germany on a rainy Day. I decided to change it to Greyscale as I found it better for this kind of Photo but I am not sure. Lübeck does not have a huge Train Station. I mean not huge compared to Train Stations like those in bigger german Citys, for example Hamburg or Berlin. However.. as Lübeck has a population of less then 300.000 People it´s still a big Train Station if you go in. North German Scenery… Photo taken out of the driving Car…

This Photo was taken out of a driving Car. What you can see is typical North German Nature and Scenery if you leave one of the City´s like Lübeck. There are lots of Fields, mostly very small Forest Areas and indeed a lot of green Lowlands and Villages. Some People might dislike it to drive many Minutes or an Hour but I sometimes really enjoy it as a Passanger. Some might think “Boring.. lot´s of Fields, lots of Trees and nothing else..” but I think this is our Nature and I really dont think it is boring.
