I did join the closed beta of Silent Hunter Online today. To be honest… I either become too old or too demanding. So, I found out that the size of a Sim City 5 map is comparable with a medium sized map in Sim City 4. That must be a joke but it isn´t because that´s how it is. Games get poorer and poorer. Really. Let me rant now… Creative Director Ocean Quigley said “The game has to run smoothly on ordinary computers,”. Oh really? Damn? If you are playing the World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria 10 Days Trial right now and if you are wondering why you cant reach Level 86… They implemented a Level Cap on 12,999,999 EXP due to the fact that you otherwise couldn´t access your played Character anymore in case you would not upgrade the Game to Mists of Pandaria. That is something me and a friend experienced yesterday. We did complete one after the other Quest and then wondered why we stuck on 12,999,999 EXP. We had to ask Google as well. So today I opened my Email and found this mysterious 7 Days Trial Invite for Star Wars the Old Republic. Hey, I tell you… if you are SWTOR Fanboy, you better stop reading right now.
