Every winter or before Christmas I buy a bag of Mutzen sometimes, and they are tasty small biscuits. I am not a great cook and I can’t give you an exact recipe but as far as I know they are made of flour, eggs and sugar. The pastry is put into hot oil and the result are those cute and tasty looking pastry balls. It’s that time again where a macro lens would make a lot of sense. However, I don’t own one yet, and I was outside today with my 18-105mm lens. Today when I woke up and when I watched out of the window, I didn’t expect to see snow. Why do I say this? Here is a photo I shot during my winter hikes in Reinfeld. I did hike so much there that I am actually not sure if there is still a path where I didn’t walk. I often use Google Maps to check out where I could go hike, but I have seen a lot around the town, I hiked in all directions.
