Here is a photo that I shot in the historic district of my hometown Lübeck at night. We have quite some interesting alleys but also some very old ones as in the image above. I am not even sure what the right word in English is, but I was kinda sad that they had construction fences in the alley when I shot the photo. Anyway, I don’t want to complain, because our city is quite old and things need to repaired so that a future generation can still take these photos too, or admiring the architecture. For that reason, we often have construction going on in our city, and that more than ever, maybe because it’s about time. But as said, I like that, because preservation is important.

True, I thought it was creepy when I was there at night with my expensive gear… you never know 😀 But the look was so beautiful that I enjoyed the experience to take photos in small alleys.
