DICE Released A New Battlefield 4 Patch Including Mantle Support For AMD Cards

DICE just rolled out the PC Game Update January 30 for Battlefield 4. Apart from bug fixes and balancing, the patch comes with the long-awaited Mantle support. This new render engine is a low-level graphics API which should increase the BF4 performance for people who have an AMD video card which supports Mantle. Find out about the requirements and how to use the Mantle renderer here. The main problem is that you will need the AMD Catalyst 14.1 Beta drivers but it seems that AMD didn´t get them out today. Kitty On The Folding Ladder

Here Another Tasty Bratwurst…

It´s not a secret that I am german and it is not a secret that germans love Bratwurst and mustard. We have many different types of brats. If you need a fast meal when you are outside, it is always convenient if there is a bratwurst stall on your way. The Bratwurst on the image above was pretty expansive. I was shocked when the salesmen said I should pay 6 Euro (8 USD converted) for the tiniest Coca Cola bottle and the Bratwurst. That means 4 dollar for each! DICE: BF4 Balancing Poll

It´s no secret that BF4 is completely unbalanced. Some of my friends are pretty pissed about this fact but I told them that it is after all the trouble better if DICE would focus on bug fixing rather than balancing the game. Sure, it sucks how the game has been released but technical problems should be solved before the balancing.
