Supply For Shyna – A Bad Photo Improved

If you have Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, I highly suggest that you don´t delete any photo just because it looks bad. Often you can really make something out of it. This article here is basically written to make some notes for myself but also for people who are into Photoshop and Lightroom and want to read about possible techniques or who want to get inspired by my workflow. For all others it might not be easy to read. The image above is the result after working on the very bad quality original image that I took of my cat … Continue reading Supply For Shyna – A Bad Photo Improved

Micro Biotope

This is a photo of moss and shoots in one of the flower boxes on my mother´s balcony. It´s very tiny and a wonder that my camera was able to take this scene but I´m quite unhappy because the picture is blurred where it shouldn´t be. I have no control about the focus with my point and shoot which is bad. But as mentioned several times, I will dig into macro photography when the time has come and when I have my money together for a decent DSLR or SLR. I really want to take photos of the tiny universe … Continue reading Micro Biotope

Anywhere Near The Trave River

I shot this image in Lübeck anywhere near the Trave River that flows through our city. The water you see on the photo is a branch of the main river. I walk there sometimes because you can find insects and flowers there and in summer I also jog and walk there as many people do. The river is long so that you can always start from a different point if you like. Continue reading Anywhere Near The Trave River

More Flowers For The Blog

It´s that time, flowers everywhere, also on my blog. I found the flowers above on grandma´s campground weeks ago and liked them so that I had to take a photo. I think purple really fits together with white. Both flower colours work well together in this arrangement. Grandma has several beautiful plants places on her place. Yet again, I am not really sure how the flower is called. I should have asked grandma so that I learn. Continue reading More Flowers For The Blog

The Lucky Pig

This lucky pig sits between all the flowers in the flower boxes on the balcony of my mother. Looks like my mother likes details. I for sure wish that this pig will bring my mother always luck. This is a miniature figure and the fun fact about photography is that I probably wouldn´t have noticed such tiny details but photography really can open your eye´s for details as you are constantly on the search for new things that you can photograph. I really love this fact and would see it as a benefit of this hobby. Continue reading The Lucky Pig
