Beautiful Path

Some of you know that I like to take photos of paths. The subject is not special, because you just take the photo on the way you go, but what I like is that there are tons of different possibilities how paths can look like. Forest Path

I like to take photos of the paths I am hiking. Above you can see a photo that I shot during a hike through one of the small forests in Reinfeld. It was a beautiful May day. The place was interesting during winter but during springtime it was amazing. It was interesting to see the transition. I discovered all the interesting paths during winter but to see the transition to green was an awesome experience. Finally, Hiking Weather

We had some very mixed days again, some already warm but also stormy days. Today in the morning, I watched out of the window and thought the weather would be perfect for a hike. It was warm but I felt a fresh breeze when I opened the window. This really seemed to be perfect, because if it’s too hot, it’s not good either. If you’re regular reader of my blog, you might have noticed that I like to take pictures of paths. I am not exactly sure why, but I do like some ways so much that I just take the picture. I think it’s also about the landscape on the left and on the right, or the weather conditions that can make a scene look interesting. Weekly Photo Challenge: Narrow

I find the recent WordPress Photo Challenge with the subject “Narrow” pretty interesting. I do especially like narrow paths when I hike, although not all of them are narrow, but sometimes they are. Weeks ago I found a very narrow path somewhere outside of the city, and I found it so beautiful that I had to take a photo. I think the photo fits very well to the challenge.
