Today was the birthday of my mother and she invites me and some other family members to the garde. Of course it was about Kaffee und Kuchen and her birthday. Grandpa turned 75 today and we celebrated his birthday. The family came together again, and when I say again, then because there are several birthday’s of family members by the end of the year. Yesterday was grandma’s 72nd birthday, and of course the family celebrated it and sat together. The sister of my grandma did bake one delicious tart and one delicious cake, and grandma bought the third one in a store. The tart on the photo above is baked by her sister, it was a very delicious peach tart. We always agree, she knows how to bake tarts. Yesterday was my birthday and I became 33 years old. How time flies! I wouldn’t say that I am now in a midlife crisis but it definitely makes me thoughtful anyway.
