Schlitzohr Again

Today we wanted to cycle to the garden of my mother and her husband. Basically, so that my grand cousin can play in garden because we have some cool things for her set up but that’s another topic. This post here is more about Schlitzohr again, the cat that sometimes stops by in the garden. She stopped by today too and I haven’t had my camera with me, thus, I took some photos with my phone. I thought I share one with you. The husband of my mother provides cat food and Schlitzohr is thankful as you can see. I … Continue reading Schlitzohr Again

Meet Schlitzohr

The husband of my mother has a garden as I often mentioned on my blog. Ok, it’s basically also her garden but she is more of a good weather gardener while he checks regularly in even in the colder seasons. Basically, because he’s a die-hard gardener, and secondly because he has chickens there that he needs to check for and feed them. During the winter he started to report to me that he saw a little black cat. He knows I like cats and kept me informed. He said the cat looked a little bit slimmed down, thus he started … Continue reading Meet Schlitzohr

Tired Cats

It’s just a bad phone snapshot but today I noticed these two cats in our district. Like I said in a previous post, it was pretty hot today and these two cats were basically tired of the heat. I would have liked to take some close-up photos of them with my 70-300mm lens. But who knows, maybe I spot them again one day because it … Continue reading Tired Cats

Cat on the Roof

Here is a photo that I shot a while ago when I walked through the garden areas. While I sometimes meet the same cats again, I met this one for the first time and I’ve never uploaded a photo of this one. Over time I have learned that cats do like to walk over the roofs of the garden shacks. Sometimes I spotted several of them on the roofs. They do also jump from one roof to the other and so. But this tuxedo cat just enjoyed the time and view. Continue reading Cat on the Roof

Another Cat Photo

At the top, you see a photo that I shot in March. I found this black and white cat on a lawn near an apartment block. There was a fence between us but I was able to point my lens through it. The cat was actually pretty far away but somehow the image turned out to be quite crisp so that I was able to crop the image heavily and make it look like I wasn’t far away. By the way, I saw the same cat already last year in September. It seems like the cat is always on the … Continue reading Another Cat Photo
