Late Summer Barbecue

Today it was family time again. We planned a barbecue in the garden again and this time we were quite a lot of people. It was a barbecue for ten people. I like this, especially when there are also family members that I don’t see that often. Action Dog And Garden Fun

Today we went into the garden again, because it was planned to meet some other family members that we don’t see regularly. It was my grand-aunt, my grand-uncle, my second cousin and her little daughter. My second cousin did not only come with the daughter but also with her dog. Of course, the meeting was with “Kaffee und Kuchen” again, because this is how we network in the family, and it’s probably the equivalent of the British tea time. One Chicken of Many Chickens

The family came together today for a barbecue. The weather was perfect, we met each other in my mother’s garden. It was a great day, especially for my uncle, who seemed to enjoy it a lot. I did take the chance to speak with everyone in the family, and meanwhile I also shot some photos of flowers and birds in the garden. Grandpa’s Birthday Cakes

Grandpa turned 75 today and we celebrated his birthday. The family came together again, and when I say again, then because there are several birthday’s of family members by the end of the year. His birthday is always the last in the year, after it there is only Christmas. So, we came together to talk, to enjoy the day together, and as always, to eat delicious cakes!
