Moved For A While

So, here comes a small update,… I moved out of my apartment, at least for a while. This is just temporary, I will go back to my apartment. As I mentioned some time ago, my uncle got some health problems, and he felt better after a while, but over the recent weeks he got some bad symptoms, but the doctor said the symptoms will disappear. My Little Cousin Shot This Photo

My 13 years old cousin asked for it, she wanted to try my DSLR camera, and I allowed her to take a photo and you can see the result above. My little cousin is quite agile, so, I did take care that she wouldn’t drop the camera, and I explained her some of the buttons and how the lens works. Grandpa’s Birthday Cakes

Grandpa turned 75 today and we celebrated his birthday. The family came together again, and when I say again, then because there are several birthday’s of family members by the end of the year. His birthday is always the last in the year, after it there is only Christmas. So, we came together to talk, to enjoy the day together, and as always, to eat delicious cakes! Grandma’s 72nd Birthday

Yesterday was grandma’s 72nd birthday, and of course the family celebrated it and sat together. The sister of my grandma did bake one delicious tart and one delicious cake, and grandma bought the third one in a store. The tart on the photo above is baked by her sister, it was a very delicious peach tart. We always agree, she knows how to bake tarts. She did also create cakes that we call “Amerikaner” here, translated that means “American”, it’s the cake with the smile you see below.
