Beautiful Rivers in Salem


I did shoot this photo last summer near a small north german village called Salem. It is not too far away from Lübeck. I found this photo in my folders and wonder why I didn´t upload this awesome photo of river and nature to my blog. Well, I did it now. I shot the photo directly in the middle of two rivers called “Salemer See” and “Pipersee“. Attention.. extremely tasty german Food on the Photo


As said. Extremely tasty. This german Dish is made with Potatoes, Peas and Carrots, fried Eggs and Junket on top. I call it Culinary Delight. Again cooked by the Husband of my Mother. If you get some Parts of the Ingredients together in your Mouth, then you will close your Eye´s and think “Holy Chef… is this beautiful!”. I love Mushroom Pan


This is a Mushroom Pan and I took the Photo when I visited my Mother and her Husband in December. I think I mentioned already that the Husband of my Mother is a great Cook. I sometimes said he should open his own Restaurant. Really. But you know how it is… Without Capital, those Ideas are just dreaming. But I still think People would love his Food. I do! Christmas time is not far away and there are already many Christmas Fairs opened in Germany. It´s the Time when I visit the Christmas Fair to get these nom noms on the Photo above. We call them “Mutzen” in Germany but there is Icing Suggar missing on the Photo. People eat it usually with the white Icing Suggar but I dont like to much suggar. I prefer it without suggar. I am not sure if these “Mutzen” are a german local speciality. Here in Germany they are just very famous. Another Photo of a tasty german Dish


I visited my Mother today and I came to the right Time because her Husband did cook. They then asked me if I want to eat something too. I indeed couldn´t say no. 😉 He cooked Potatoes with String Beans, Onions, Mushrooms (Champignons) and Pork Steak. It was pretty tasty, however I missed a Sauce. I prefer eating most Things with Sauce. While I know they and a lot of other People eat the mentioned Dish above without Sauce. I still liked it too. I especially love Mushrooms pretty much!
