Leafhoppers on a Rhododendron? I think it´s a Rhododendron or?

I noticed these Leafhoppers on a Plant when I visited my Grandma and Grandpa in the Nature on their Campground in Salem Germany. I am not sure about the Plant. When I remember right, my Grandpa said it is a Rhododendron. What do you think? I am right? Is it a Rhododendron? EDIT: Big thanks goes to Alice… She gave me the Information that the Plant is definitely a Rhododendron. She also did correct me that the Insects are Leavehoppers as I thought they would be called Grasshoppers. Theirfor I was able to correct my Blogpost. An awesome Photo of a Hoverfly sitting on a beautiful Flower

My Mother did shot this Photo and I think it is an impressive Photo of a Flower with an Insect which is either sucking Food from the Leaves or seeking for Blackflies. I am not sure. However, this is an Insect which is very common here in North Germany in Summer (I bet you can find them not only in Germany, I am not sure) and this Insect if very active from April to August I think. I guess this Insect is called Schwebefliege (Howerfly). Maybe a Red Fire Shrimp which isn´t red… I dont know.

This is a Photo of a Shrimp in my Fish Tank. I bought round about 14 Red Fire Shrimps some time ago and they all were red in color. This Shrimp seems to be the Brood and I wonder why some aren´t red. I think they either become red soon or the Offspring is going back to their natural look. I did read that these Shrimps are overbred and their red color isn´t natural. It´s overbred.
