Some More Random Snapshots From Northern Germany

I posted some random snapshots from Northern Germany earlier this day but later I found some more that we took. I call them snapshots because the image quality is not perfect but you can still see where my family and me live at. The images below show some places on the Baltic Sea and a forest we visit sometimes. Anywhere Near The Trave River

I shot this image in Lübeck anywhere near the Trave River that flows through our city. The water you see on the photo is a branch of the main river. I walk there sometimes because you can find insects and flowers there and in summer I also jog and walk there as many people do. What Kind Of Insect Is This?

To be honest, I am not sure what kind of thing this insect on the photo is. My mother took the image when they drove to the campsite in Salem last weekend. I wrote several times about Salem here on my blog and this place is near Ratzeburg and Mölln. Or in other words, round about 30 kilometers south from Lübeck where we live. Abandoned Place in Thuringia

I found one photo in the folders of my computer and it was not a good looking photo but I thought I do edit it a bit. And I do believe the result is amazing. What do you think? I edited the image with an android app called “pixlr o’matic” on my Smart Phone. It´s a small app and you can´t compare it with Photoshop. However, the results of the nifty app is sometimes suprising. It is possible to choose between differend layers, lights and frames. It is fun to play with.
