Turkish tasty Bulgur Salad

There is a turkish fruit shop and bakery not far away from my appartement. I go shopping there since over five years or maybe more. The prices for fruits and vegetables and other things are pretty reasonable there. More favorable and tasty than in any other shop I know. It´s my favorite shop for such things. Mom´s Birthday

Looking at the clock, I notice it is midnight now. But I visited my mother yesterday, I mean some hours ago, because of her birthday. We both visited some shops later and I said she can choose a gift in any of the shops. She decided for clothes and a perfume. Then we went to her home and talked a little bit. We used the Barbecue Grill again…

My mother and her husband invited me on Wednesday again for a barbecue. At the end of april we had our first barbecue of 2013. But this week we had our second barbecue. And it was again very tasty. We grilled paprika spiced pork meat for example. This meat was so delicious even without dip. I did eat them with and without dip. We also ordered a salad for each of us. Doner Kebab is so tasty…

In germany we call this tasty dish either Döner, Kebab or Döner Kebab. I really love Döner. The husband of my mother has a new side job which means beside his regular job on the day as a facility manager, he is now also a delivery man in the evening for a turkish kebab shop. We officially started Barbecue Season 2013

My mother called me by phone today and asked if I would like barbecue. I said “Oh yes!” because it would be our first barbecue in 2013. I love barbecue. She said that her husband bought some meat and that she will make salad and that I should visit them for barbecue at 6 pm.
